Innovative Classes --For example, traditional Pilates classes have 43 mat exercises, Mercury Fitness has added fun twists and steps to these exercises and has over 300.

 

Small Class Sizes --Machine classes are limited to four people and mat classes are limited to eight people to give you more individualized attention
